What is a Virtual Assistant?
Virtual Assistants (VAs) are independent contractors who provide services to multiple clients. VAs work remotely from their home office saving their clients from the costs of hiring an employee and work only as needed instead of full-time like an employee. A virtual assistant is far more than "just a secretary" as many assume when hearing the name. Many VAs are highly skilled in certain niches and provide valuable services to their clients.
What will my Virtual Assistant do for me?
A Virtual Assistant can do anything other than jobs which must be done by someone in person. A VA is your online assistant. My specialty is technical assistance with programs and systems as well as PowerPoint. See my full list of services.
What if I need something you don't specialize in?
I run my own business. If you need anything, I belong to a network of Expert VAs and I will find someone who can do what you need.
How will I contact you when we are working on a project?
You can contact me through phone calls, email or snail mail during my office hours. If you give me enough warning so I can brush my hair and change out of my pajamas (remember, I work from home and I love my pajamas), we can Skype.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All my invoices will be through PayPal. PayPal takes credit and debit cards. You do not need a PayPal account. You can simply pay without being one of their customers. I also accept checks in the mail.
